To simplfy it is my own words. An F.A.Q. page, or a frequently asked questions page, is a place where I can reply to questions that I have gotten over and over again. 

I love the questions as much as anyone would, and I will still personally answer questions that might be on this page if you ask.

This is really just here to help makes things easier for you, the consumer.

A: Vend-Sense Solutions is a fully committed vending services company. We primarily focus on in-store placement of our own Vend-Sense owned and operated machines but we also do vending booth operations.

A: Vend-Sense Solutions was officially registered as an operating business May 7th 2026. 

A: There is a few reasons.

In London and all over Ontario, vending machines are starting to fade away, well from the public eye they are. Vending machines have always been popular in the office space. Now with companies trying to get more people comfortable with coming back to the office full-time, bosses and HR are trying to find ways of meeting the more stringent needs of their staff to keep them in the office. Vend-Sense Solutions helps fill that need.

With vending machines not being so common to the public eye touring our machines at local city/town festivals becomes a viable revenue stream. With our used vending machines having designs from the early 2000s and early 2010s we evoke a sense of nostalgia within 20-40 year old age range, which in theory might make them want to buy a pop for them and their kids. 

Lastly, this is a passion project. I am obsessed with the idea of automated vending services and I own machines not just to make money, but to admire and take care of. I want to see the industry of automated vending services to grow and evolve as much as it has in Japan. I would love to be a proud owner of Ontario first Vending Machine lot off of a highway somewhere, and with self service technology evolving rapidly, I want to be there to pioneer the next generation of automated vending with Vend-Sense Solutions.

So that is why I chose vending machines in 2026.

A: Vend-Sense Solutions is officially located out of London, Ontario. Since we have been living here our whole lifes, we decided to serve the communities that we are familiar with (Wortley Village, Old South, Hamilton Road, White Oaks, and Springbank).

For the time being we only have business operations within the city of London. However, we plan on expanding towards the northern areas of Ontario and even into Manitoba way later on.
